To date, maybe one in twenty show any evidence of having read our submission guidelines. And even fewer actually follow them.

Seems to me I&#039;ve seen a book, some years ago, of collected query letters -- the good, the bad, and the truly ugly. But I don&#039;t recall who wrote it or when.]]></description>
