One does not simply write a book, he has to create it. I find it amusing and awesome to learn all the quirks of word processing programs. Currently I am using Pages from Apple, since I will need to push out my book in epub format.

I’ve always liked Century Schoolbook but enjoy trying out other fonts. Great advice. Many authors do not even consider what font to use. I think that is why there are so many books in Times Roman.

There are many excellent fonts. We tend to use different fonts for different books -- sometimes for a bit of variety and sometimes because of the nature of the book (content, style, format, printing method, etc.). But I also like Century Schoolbook and frequently use it, even though I do like trying out new fonts. There are so many really great fonts being created all the time. I enjoy seeing many of them showcased in the MyFonts newsletters. Some really interesting new ones, particularly for display uses, show up there all the time.
